Section Saf-C 2308.08 - Written Acknowledgement(a) Prior to being appointed as a vessel agent, the applicant shall obtain written acknowledgement from the city or town clerk in the municipality where the vessel agent is located.(b) Written acknowledgement shall be a signed and dated letter from the city or town clerk, on letterhead, which acknowledges that the person is a vessel agent in the municipality.N.H.
