Section Saf-C 2308.01 - Duties of A Vessel Agent(a) The duties of a vessel agent shall be to:(1) Collect private vessel registration and boat fees for the department;(2) Issue private vessel registrations; and(3) Submit weekly reports to the department and municipality where the agent is located.N.H.
