Section Saf-C 2009.05 - Notice Required(a) Each business governed by these rules shall notify the department, in writing, of the following: (1) Lost or stolen registration plates;(2) Any person formerly authorized to purchase temporary plates on behalf of the business who is no longer employed by the particular business;(3) Changes in the mailing address, but not in physical location of the business, that might affect mailings to the business from the department;(4) Any change in the company name, corporate structure, or ownership; or(5) Any change in local government approval pursuant to Saf-C 2003.04.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 2009.05
