Section Saf-C 2006.01 - Repairer(a) The department shall use the following criteria to determine whether a repairer is actively and regularly engaged in business pursuant to RSA 259:87: (1) The amount and percentage of total income generated at any single business location;(2) The volume of business generated at any single business location; and(3) The percentage and amount of assets generated at any single business location.N.H.
