Section Saf-C 2002.05 - Disqualification for LicensureIn addition to all other requirements for licensure and registration in these rules, an applicant for licensure or registration shall meet the following requirements:
(a) Applicant has had no previous record of misdemeanor or felony criminal convictions for extortion, forgery, fraud related crimes, theft, or embezzlement in the past 10 years;(b) Applicant has not been suspended more than once for a violation of dealer laws or regulations in this or any other jurisdiction;(c) Applicant has never had its authorization to operate as a dealer revoked in this or any other jurisdiction; and(d) The applicant has paid any and all fines related to these rules in full.N.H.
