Section Saf-C 212.09 - Waiver(a) Pursuant to RSA 263:56-e, II, the commissioner shall waive the provisions of Saf-C 212.08, upon written request of the person if the request demonstrates: (1) That no programs are offered within a 30 mile radius of the person's residence;(2) That no programs are offered during the period of time between the order to attend the program and the date from which the person is eligible for license restoration;(3) The person has completed a driver improvement course within 30 days of having been required to attend the driver attitude program; or(4) Any other similar extenuating circumstances exist that the commissioner deems appropriate for waiver.N.H.
