Section Saf-C 1923.01 - Junk or Dismantled Vehicles(a) Pursuant to RSA 261:22, each notification of a junk or dismantled vehicle shall be submitted by a dealer, repair person, junk dealer, or owner within 30 days to the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS).(b) The previous title, if available, shall be furnished to the bureau.N.H.
