Section Saf-C 1803.09 - Application Accepted(a) Upon completion of an application, each applicant who is not required to complete a road skills examination may appear at any driver licensing office during regular business hours.(b) Upon receipt of a completed application and applicable knowledge examinations, the division shall give an applicant who is required to complete a road skills examination an appointment to personally appear at a designated location.(c) The appointment set forth in (b) above, shall include the following: (1) Applicant's name, legal address and date of birth;(2) Location and time; and(3) Notification that the applicant shall be required to provide proof of positive identification.(d) In the event it is necessary to reschedule an appointment, the department will make all reasonable attempts to notify the applicant of the change. Notice of rescheduling shall be sent, in writing, to the applicant.(e) In the event an applicant fails to give the division at least 24 hours notice of his/her inability to appear for a scheduled appointment, a notice of rescheduling shall be sent to the applicant, with a scheduled time to appear no sooner than 6 weeks after the date of the initial appointment.N.H.
