Section Saf-C 1709.02 - Lost or Stolen Plates(a) When a license plate is lost or stolen, the registrant shall immediately notify a law enforcement officer. This report to a law enforcement officer shall be made before requesting a replacement plate.(b) When applying for a replacement plate, the registrant shall show the date the loss was reported to a law enforcement officer.(c) The registrant shall include the original cab card with the application for a replacement plate.(d) Pursuant to RSA 261:75, I and 261:141, VII(e), the registrant shall include the statutory fee for each replacement plate with the application.N.H.
