Section Saf-C 1702.01 - Determination of Fees(a) The registration fee for an apportionable vehicle shall be determined as follows: (1) In-jurisdiction miles shall be divided by the total miles generated during the preceding year;(2) The total fees required under the laws of each jurisdiction for full registration of each vehicle at the regular annual or applicable fees, or for the unexpired portion of the registration year shall be calculated; and(3) The sum obtained in (2) above shall be multiplied by the quotient obtained in (1) above.N.H.
