Section Saf-C 1627.01 - Railway Restrictions(a) Every railway car containing explosives which has reached its destination, or is stopped in transit so as to be no longer engaged in interstate commerce, shall remain placarded in accordance with Saf-C 1621.02.(b) Any explosives at a railway facility, truck terminal, pier, wharf, harbor facility, or airport terminal, whether for delivery to a consignee or for being forwarded to some other destination, shall be kept in a safe place, isolated as much as practicable and placed in such a manner that they can be easily and quickly removed.N.H.
