Any employer who terminates the services of an employee listed as a qualified signer for the employer, shall immediately notify, in person or by telephone and in writing, all dealers with whom the employee is listed as a qualified signer. The employer shall also notify the director, within 24 hours, advising of that employee's termination and requesting the removal of that employee's name from the list of qualified signers.
