Section Saf-C 1608.01 - List of Qualified Signers(a) Any person who sells or markets explosive materials within the state of New Hampshire, shall keep on file a list of all persons designated as qualified signers who, under RSA 158:9-a, are entitled to purchase and transport explosive materials in the name of their employer.(b) Any employer who wishes to purchase explosives shall submit to the seller and the director the name, address and date of birth of the employee to be designated as a qualified signer.N.H.
