Section Saf-C 1411.05 - Department Inspection(a) Agents of the commissioner shall be subject to the standards set forth in the 16th edition of the ANSI/ACCT Challenge Courses and Canopy/Zip Line Tours Standards (2016), available as noted in Appendix B.(b) In addition to (a) above, agents of the commissioner shall be granted free access to any challenge course or zip line pursuant to Saf-C 1405.05 and shall be authorized to conduct inspections at any reasonable time, with or without prior notice.N.H.
