Section Saf-C 1410.18 - Site Log (a) A site log shall be maintained by the jump master. (b) The site log shall contain all of the following information: (3) Results of equipment inspections; (4) Total number of jumps; (5) Name, address, and age of all jumpers; (6) Name of jump master and jump operator on duty; (7) Accidents or injuries; (8) Label numbers of each piece of equipment used; and (9) All information required for equipment inspection, pursuant to Saf-C 1410.09(a). (c) The site log shall be at the jump site during the hours of operation. (d) The site log shall be available for inspection by the commissioner or his designee during the hours of operation.N.H.
