Section Saf-C 1407.01 - Identification Plate Required(a) A permanent New Hampshire identification number shall be assigned to each carnival or amusement ride and associated electrical equipment registered for operation in New Hampshire.(b) A numbered metal identification plate measuring 1" x 3" shall be provided by the department of safety.(c) The identification plate shall be permanently affixed to the carnival or amusement ride by the owner/operator prior to public operation.(d) The identification plate shall be placed in immediate proximity of the New Hampshire registration sticker.(e) If a permanent identification plate is lost or stolen, the department of safety, tramway and amusement ride bureau shall be notified immediately.N.H.
