Section Saf-C 1406.01 - Inspection Required(a) Prior to operation of any carnival or amusement ride for the general public, the operator shall have the carnival or amusement ride inspected by an agent of the commissioner pursuant to RSA 321-A:2-a and RSA 321-A:5, III.(b) Pursuant to RSA 321-A:2-a, operators of fixed location carnival or amusement rides shall have their carnival or amusement rides inspected at the following times: (1) Within 15 days of the expected date of operation each season;(2) After the carnival or amusement ride has been disassembled and reassembled;(3) After receipt of inspection reports submitted by the operator; and(4) At unannounced times.(c) Pursuant to RSA 321-A:2-a, operators of relocatable carnival or amusement rides shall have their carnival or amusement rides inspected at the following times: (1) When first assembled in New Hampshire, and annually, thereafter;(2) After receipt of inspection reports submitted daily by the operator; and(3) At unannounced times.N.H.
