"Challenge course" means a guided aerial exploration of transit, which is open to the general public, of the forest canopy, by means of a series of zip lines or aerial walkways or platforms, including beams, bridges, cable traverses, climbing walls, nets, platforms, ropes, swings, towers, and zip lines, which may be installed in or on trees, or portable or permanent structures. The term includes "canopy tours".
