For the purposes of Saf-C 1316.01(a) and Saf-C 1316.02(a), in order to declare a motor vehicle back in service, a repairman from an official inspection station shall sign the back of the out of service order, certifying that the motor vehicle has been repaired, and the carrier shall be responsible for returning the certified statement to the department.
