Section Saf-C 1314.02 - General Requirements(a) Each school bus that is used to transport pupils who are confined to a wheelchair or other restraining devices that prohibits use of the regular entrance door, shall be equipped with a power lift, ramp or other device as needed for unusual circumstances.(b) On each school bus, the lift shall be located on the right side of the school bus body, in no way attached to the exterior sides of the school bus but confined within the perimeter of the school bus body when not extended.N.H.
