Section Saf-C 1304.02 - Physical Examination

(a) Pursuant to Saf-C 1304.01(a)(5), each applicant shall submit to a physical examination.

(b) The applicant shall be responsible for insuring that a copy of the physical examination is submitted to his/her employer.

(c) Each school bus driver shall submit to a physical examination every 2 years, in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 391.43.
