Section Saf-C 1303.03 - Reporting a Positive Test Result

(a) School districts and school bus companies required by law to give alcohol or drug tests shall report a positive test result on any alcohol or drug test to the division within 24 hours of receiving the results.

(b) A school bus driver who receives a positive test result on any alcohol or drug test shall have his/her school bus driver's certificate suspended, pending an administrative hearing.
