Section Saf-C 1209.01 - Provisional Certification(a) A provisional individual certificate shall be issued to those persons who do not meet the requirements as set forth in Saf-C 1204.(b) A provisional certificate shall be issued for each of the certifications set forth in Saf-C 1204. An applicant for a provisional certificate shall provide by affidavit a minimum of 2000 hours of field experience commensurate with the certificate being applied for.(c) A provisional certificate issued shall expire on the last day of the applicant's birth month, 2 years from the date of issuance and shall not be renewed.(d) Any person that has been issued a provisional certificate shall meet the requirements of Saf-C 1204 before the provisional certificate expires.(e) A provisional certificate holder shall be afforded all the rights and privileges as an individual certificate holder of the same discipline.N.H.
