Section Saf-C 1207.02 - Suspension of Certificate

(a) A certificate shall be suspended, after a hearing, if the certificate holder:

(1) Fails to maintain the qualifications set forth in Saf-C 1204 and Saf-C 1208;

(2) Allows the required insurance to lapse, pursuant to Saf-C 1203.01(e); or

(3) Violates any provisions of this chapter.

(b) The period of suspension shall not exceed 60 days.
