Section Saf-C 1203.05 - Required Notifications(a) A holder of a firm certificate of registration shall notify the department, in writing, by mail, to the address set forth in Saf-C 1203.02(a), within 30 calendar days of the following:(1) A change in any of the officers set forth in Saf-C 1203.02(b)(6);(2) A change in the business name or address;(3) A change in the RME at the firm's location;(4) The business ceases to operate; or(5) The business ceases to operate under the name listed on the certificate.N.H.
