Section Saf-C 1102.02 - Denial of Authorization(a) In determining whether to grant or deny citation authority, the commissioner shall review the application for citation authority, and grant authority if the applicant complies with the provisions of Saf-C 1102.01.(b) The commissioner shall deny an application for citation authority if the applicant has been convicted of any of the following:(1) A crime against person or property; or(2) A crime involving the breach of a fiduciary duty.(c) The commissioner shall notify the applicant, in writing, of the reason(s) for denial of citation authority.N.H.
