Section Saf-C 1020.02 - Summons from Law Enforcement Officer(a) Pursuant to RSA 263:56-a, I(d), if the person fails to comply with the conditions outlined on the summons, the director shall issue an order of suspension effective 30 days subsequent to the date notice issued.(b) If a summons is not received in hand from the law enforcement officer, the director shall notify the person, by certified mail at his last known address, that their driving privilege shall be suspended 30 days from the date of notification.N.H.
