Section Saf-C 1017.04 - Commissioner Ordered Prohibition(a) If, as a result of the hearing, the commissioner finds a person to be a habitual offender, the commissioner shall cause notice to be served in hand.(b) The notice in (a) above shall: (1) Order the person not to drive on the ways of this state until such privilege is restored in writing:(2) Advise the person that the penalty of driving after being declared a habitual offender is a one to 5 year term of imprisonment;(3) Indicate the period of time that the habitual offender's license shall be revoked; and(4) Indicate conditions of probation as authorized pursuant to Saf-C 203.18.(c) The department shall cause all licenses and permits to drive a motor vehicle on the ways of this state, held by such person, to be surrendered.N.H.
