Section Saf-C 1014.01 - Purpose

The purpose of these rules is to provide the process by which the department shall issue limited privilege licenses to certain persons convicted of a first offense under RSA 265-A:2, I, when a court has ordered the restoration of the person's operator's license, pursuant to RSA 263:57-b.
