Section Saf-C 1008.02 - Corrective Lenses(a) An applicant who cannot pass the visual acuity examination without the use of corrective lenses shall be issued a restricted driver license.(b) Any person holding a restricted driver license because of the need for corrective lenses shall not drive a motor vehicle on a way within this state unless the person is wearing corrective lenses.N.H.
