Section Saf-C 1005.03 - Knowledge Test Accommodations(a) An applicant who speaks or reads a language other than English shall complete an oral or written examination designated by the director of the same format set forth in Saf-C 1005.01.(b) Each oral examination pursuant to (a) above shall only be conducted by authorized licensing personnel or an interpreter, if applicable.(c) An applicant who speaks and reads a language other than English shall complete the knowledge examination set forth in Saf-C 1005.01, with the assistance of an interpreter.(d) An applicant whose interpreter is discovered cheating in any way, or consulting with any person other than authorized licensing personnel, shall be immediately disqualified and rescheduled pursuant to Saf-C 1005.02(b). The applicant shall not be permitted to appear at the rescheduled time with the same interpreter and shall be rescheduled for the examination no sooner than 30 days later.N.H. Admin.
