Section Saf-C 5605.11 - Release of Information About Drivers Involved in Motor Vehicle Crashes Involving Injury or Death

The commissioner shall have the discretion to release to the public the following information regarding individuals who are involved in motor vehicle crashes involving injury or death:

(1) Name;
(2) Age; and
(3) Motor vehicle offenses.
