Section Saf-C 5605.06 - Court Orders

"An order of a court or agency", pursuant to RSA 260:14, V(a)(2), shall be construed to mean orders other than an order to disclose as provided in RSA 260:14, III, and shall be construed to mean orders such as but not limited to:

(1) Entries of judgment;

(2) Support orders; or

(3) Writs of service endorsed by the court.
