Section Saf-C 5506.07 - Decision on Motion for Rehearing(a) Unless otherwise expressly stated in law or rule, any person with an interest affected by any decision of the department under this chapter may apply for a rehearing in the same manner as a party to a hearing in Saf-C 5506.05.(b) Appeals from decisions on rehearings for purposes of this section shall be taken to the New Hampshire supreme court under RSA 541:6 within 30 days after the application for rehearing is denied or, if the application is granted, within 30 days after the decision on rehearing.N.H.
