Section Saf-C 5405.06 - Audits(a) The transportation network company shall make the records required to be maintained by Saf-C 5405.01 available when requested to do so by any law enforcement officer or other authorized employee of the director who is acting within the scope of his/her official duties to ensure compliance with these rules.(b) Within 14 business days of a request, via a secure delivery method, a transportation network company representative shall provide any records required to be maintained by these rules to the director, any auditor of the division, or other person authorized by the director.(c) Audits for compliance with RSA 376-A and these rules shall be conducted annually.N.H.
