Section Saf-C 414.01 - Permits, When Necessary

(a) Pursuant to RSA 270-D:4, a person shall obtain a permit from the commissioner to engage in the following activities:

(1) Waterski slalom;

(2) Waterski jump;

(3) Fishing tournament or derby;

(4) Waterski show;

(5) Boat races;

(6) Boat parade;

(7) Parasailing; or

(8) Other water event.

(b) An application for a permit shall be obtained by calling the division at (603) 293-0091 or in writing to the following:
