"Building system" means the method of constructing modular buildings or building components including the design, materials, and fabrication process described by drawings, specifications, and other documentation that establishes a set of limits which meet building codes, standards, and the requirements of these rules for the type of modular building or building component, which might include structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection systems, and other systems affecting health and safety.
