Section Saf-C 3207.03 - Change of Location(a) Except as otherwise provided in RSA 261:103-a, IX, each inspection station owner, partner and officer listed on form RDMV 705 shall notify the department, in writing, of any pending change of business location, no later than 30 days prior to the effective date.(b) A new application for appointment as an inspection station, form RDMV 705, shall be completed pursuant to Saf-C 3204.02, to reflect the proposed location of the business site.(c) Upon receipt of a completed form RDMV 705, the procedures set forth in Saf-C 3205.01 and Saf-C 3205.02 shall be conducted.(d) Except as otherwise provided in RSA 261:103-a, IX, no inspections shall be conducted at the new location until a new certificate of appointment is issued.(e) Notwithstanding the provisions of (a), (b), and (d) above, mobile service garages shall notify the department of their business hours and location schedule at least 7 calendar days in advance by email to dealerandinspection@dos.nh.gov.N.H.
