Section Saf-C 3003.12 - Sale of Vehicle with A Hardship Registration(a) A hardship registration shall be terminated in the event the vehicle is sold and the owner does not purchase another vehicle.(b) Upon receipt of a written request from the owner, the department shall transfer a hardship registration from one vehicle to another in the event the owner sells or trades in the vehicle and immediately purchases a different vehicle.(c) A hardship registration shall not prohibit the registrant from selling his or her vehicle.N.H.
