Section Saf-C 2601.03 - Type of Permits and Licenses

This chapter governs the following permits and licenses:

(a) Permits and licenses for the sale of display and consumer fireworks pursuant to RSA 160-B:6; and

(b) Permits and licenses for the sale of permissible fireworks pursuant to RSA 160-C:3.
