Section Saf-C 2308.13 - Issuance and Maintenance of Decals(a) Each vessel agent shall maintain an inventory list of decal numbers.(b) Upon receipt of decals from the department, each vessel agent shall reflect such receipt in its inventory list of decal numbers.(c) Each vessel agent shall issue decals in the numerical sequence in which they are received from the department with the lowest numbered decal being issued first.N.H.
