Section Saf-C 1710.01 - Trip Permits, New Hampshire Vehicles

(a) Trip permits shall be required of each New Hampshire based registrant who is eligible for an apportioned registration when entering any IRP jurisdiction unless:

(1) He/she has an apportioned registration; and

(2) That jurisdiction is listed on the cab card.
