Section Saf-C 1605.03 - Application Procedures

(a) Any person who wishes to apply for an original explosive license shall do the following:

(1) Appear in person at the department, room 106, during normal business hours;

(2) Supply proof of identification such as a valid driver's license or birth certificate;

(3) If the application is for a user's license, the applicant, if a natural person, shall furnish 2 recent photographs, 1 1/4" by 1 1/4", of him or herself; and

(4) Complete the application form:

a. If for a user license, DSSP 110 "Application for License to Use, Purchase and Transport Explosives", effective May 2013; or

b. If for a storage license, DSSP 109, "Application for License to Store Explosive Material", effective May 2013; or

c. If for a seller's license, DSSP 108, "Application for License to Market and Sell Explosives", effective May 2013; and

(5) Make payment of the fee as specified in RSA 158:9-c.
