Section Saf-C 1303.06 - Reporting a School Bus Accident(a) Any accident involving a school bus shall be reported in accordance with the provisions of RSA 264 and all applicable rules.(b) In addition to the requirements of (a) above, the designee of a school district shall report any accident involving a school bus to the division within one business day of the accident.N.H.
