Section Saf-C 1207.01 - Revocation of Certificate(a) A certificate shall be revoked, after a hearing, if the certificate holder has: (1) Given materially false information or made any material misrepresentation in order to obtain a certificate;(2) Not paid any applicable fee pursuant to this chapter; or(3) Not come into compliance after a suspension, pursuant to Saf-C 1207.02.(b) Upon a revocation, after 120 days has elapsed, the holder of the revoked certificate may apply for a new certificate.N.H.
