Section Saf-C 1204.01 - Qualifications for Individual Certification

(a) Each applicant for individual certification shall:

(1) Be at least 18 years of age; and

(2) Show proof of minimum requirements in his/her particular discipline as set forth in Saf-C 1204.02.

(b) An individual certificate shall lapse if the individual is no longer employed by a firm with a current certificate of registration until the individual becomes employed by another firm with a current certificate of registration.
