Section Saf-C 1204.01 - Qualifications for Individual Certification(a) Each applicant for individual certification shall: (1) Be at least 18 years of age; and(2) Show proof of minimum requirements in his/her particular discipline as set forth in Saf-C 1204.02.(b) An individual certificate shall lapse if the individual is no longer employed by a firm with a current certificate of registration until the individual becomes employed by another firm with a current certificate of registration.N.H.
