Section Saf-C 1203.04 - Issuance of Firm Certificate of Registration

(a) Each firm certificate of registration issued shall contain the following:

(1) Name and address of firm;

(2) Certificate number;

(3) Type of certificate;

(4) Date of expiration; and

(5) Signature of the state fire marshal.

(b) A firm certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance. Notwithstanding any other rule to the contrary, the certificate shall lapse on the first day of the month following the month of issuance.
