Section Saf-C 1005.02 - Knowledge Examination: Administration(a) Each applicant shall have up to 60 minutes to complete the written examination, according to the class of driver license(s) requested by the applicant.(b) Each applicant discovered cheating in any way, or consulting with any person other than authorized licensing personnel, shall be immediately disqualified and re-scheduled for an examination no sooner than 30 days later.(c) Each applicant shall pass the knowledge examination if 80% of the answers are correct.(d) Knowledge examinations shall be valid for a period of one year.N.H.
