Section Rko 216.03 - Role of Agency Staff

(a) Agency staff, if any, shall have no role in hearings unless:

(1) Designated as the presiding officer;

(2) Assigned to render clerical or administrative support in connection with the proceeding; or

(3) Called as a witness.
