Section Rko 214.08 - Review of Requests for Reconsideration

If a request for reconsideration is filed within 30 days of the date of the presiding officer's decision, the ombudsman shall, within 10 days of the receipt of the request, reconsider the decision, if it appears from the record that the decision was unlawful, unreasonable, or otherwise erroneous.
